Dershowitz book is a fraud

@dannyboy855 of course, he is Jewish so why should he not placed Jewish interests above others. Do you fight for the rights of aborigines in Australia or Tibetan monks who have to endure the oppressive regime by the Chinese government. No, you put your own interests first and fight for the causes you believe in, and most people do the same, so why should Allan be any different????

Did this dirt bag say the International Red Cross is not a human rights organization? No shit...It's a humanitarian organization? How does that justify not letting them into Gaza? Nice way to duck the Dafur question by using the typical Israeli defense..."what about that guy"?

@drskid613 " Gaza is a classic case of colonial exploitation in the post-colonial era. Jewish settlements in occupied territories are immoral, illegal and an insurmountable obstacle to peace. They are at once the instrument of exploitation and the symbol of the hated occupation. In Gaza, the Jewish settlers numbered only 8,000 in 2005 compared with 1.4 million local residents. Yet the settlers controlled 25% of the territory"

finklestein made a whole big deal about plagiarism but didn't rebut any of his arguments. So his arguments still stand and are true, but he may have plagiarized although the harvard president said he didn't. Thats how finkelstein works

"Why Israel?" Dershowtz asks. It takes real ignorance to overlook the reasons why American critics point to Israel. He frequently mentions, "well where is the protest over Darfur?" He is right to the extent that what is going on in Darfur is worse, however, the slaughter of civilians in Darfur is not dependent on our American tax dollars. The Israeli atrocities in Palestine are. We should focus on crimes we are in a position to influence.

"I wouldn't have let the red cross in either"...that's Dershowitz in a nutshell. He know full well, or maybe he doesn't because he is so poorly read on the conflict, that people were dying in agony while Red Cross wasn't allowed in to alleviate the dying Palestinians. This was a particularly barbaric event, even by Israeli standards, which, to no surprise, Dershowitz is a complete apologist for.

@MagicKirin You might as well include Noam Chomsky in that mix. There's no substance for your claim.

Unture Deshowitz has exposed all of Finklestien and Carter's lies.
God bless Dershowitz
