Its done. My first Harry Potter video ever. I have been planning this video pretty much since the first time I heard this song.. so it's been well over a year. I got goosebumps the first time I listened to it with these movies in my head and I knew it was something I had to do no matter what. I also knew it was going to mean a lot to me so I put it off for a really long time with the fear of starting it and ruining it, but I finally found the confidence and muse to complete it. I didn't want to cut the song because I adore it so much, so needless to say it was a bitch to finish. DAYS AND DAYS. my arm aches, my eyes burn, but I am so beyond happy with it I can't even be angry.

People have been giving me shit left and right for using Taylor with HP... but all I have to say to them is LISTEN TO THE LYRICS. I dont think any other song matches this fandom more. I am not going to lie to you, there were tears shed during this video. I have never cried editing a video- ever- until this one. I dont know how to explain it but this story and these characters do something to me that I will never be able to fully grasp... I adore each and every one of them and I really hope this video does them justice. If I told you how much I stressed over getting every second perfect, I would be talking for hours. I completed parts, moved clips, redid entire sections, rearranged, and deleted throughout the entire process. I just really wanted it to turn out as perfect as it could be. This fandom really is the best fandom ever and its so amazing to see all of you keeping this world alive. I hope that all of you HP fans out there who lost a part of their souls the day Harry Potter ended will enjoy this the most because this one's for you :)

Is it just me or do any of you have the urge to breakdown and cry with that realization that Harry Potter truly is over? Then again, Harry Potter will never be gone...not until all those who are loyal to him remain.
