to answer that last question, yeah it happened. Product placement in movies will never stop happening, just like the cherry flavor in a can of refreshing Cherry Coca-Cola!

its not whether its imposing on rights, its how propaganda can effect us and make us act based on what weve seen, regardless of whether we know that or not.

why does this matter? People are allowed to make money. How is this imposing on anybodys rights where it should be questionable?

The more I read into these new trends, fom Chomsky to Bell, I notice corporations appear at the root, at least partially of all these new developments. Has anyone else noticed this?

BCVChannel1 makes a point, but still you don't pay for aiding the production, but you pay for just the product, and thus whatever it contains.

I think movie viewers are deceived by having to pay for movies with "advertisement." If that that is what producers and placement agencies want they should either cut the price of movie tickets or show it for free like TV shows.
