There were buses dating from 1956 to about 1984. I was watching the Beatles Anthology again this morning and noticed some buses of the type that I saw on that running day. They were at the part of the film where they discuss Penny Lane.

I always enjoy going to Penny Lane too. This time, there was a vintage bus day in the area (one of my favourite hobbies) and I felt as if I was back in the days of the Beatles.

It was such a high for me when I visited Penny Lane and felt the lingering energy of the Beatles!
