Victoria Chef Cosmo Meens (Mo:le Restaurant and Cafe Bliss) visited Cook Culture recently, and we asked him to test the "Peel A Head of Garlic in Less Than 10 Seconds" technique from Saveur Magazine editor Todd Coleman. Will it work with fresh, local organic garlic from the Moss St. Market?
Cosmo will be teaching at Cook Culture again soon: Soups and Stocks on Oct. 27th and Nov. 14th, and on Grains and Legumes on Nov. 24th.
