Second of all....Chicago/Suburban Cook will now have the largest sales tax in the nation, due to Todd Stroger - a mind-blowing 10 percent. Larger than any city in the nation.
What do the taxpayers get for the increase? Nothing.
What does Todd Stroger and his 10th Ward cronies get? Hundreds of unnecessary jobs in an already over-bloated bureau of shame.
