Victor Chao practices Zhan Zhuang or standing meditation and has taught Gao style Bagua in Ann Arbor Michigan for many years. The audio of this lecture is recorded on a cell phone and is made up of short audio clips that have been strung together. There have been some picture added that have been captured over a number of years. There are also a number of pictures of the group there taken on that same cell phone on that day. I know you will like listening to this as much as the people present enjoy hearing it on a cold afternoon in 2009.
