Maldives in 2100

_Crisis
Most of 1200 Maldives' coral islands in Indian ocean lie just 1.5m above the sea level which are under serious threat from rising sea levels caused by climate change.

_Basic Condition
To envision a sustainable smart city by taking advantages of the characteristics of coral reef and mangrove which can against tidal surges and land erosions.

_Key Principle
Form the CORE
- Using the sinking lands to be the foundation
- Coral reefs, mangrove structures, nutritious skins, living zones and eco systems are cooperated and built up layers by layers above the sinking lands

Form the CAPSULE
Mangroves and coral reefs would grow between different layers which would act as a structural system. Besides, immersed core would work as transportation system and coral reef living environment.

Living environment both under and above sea level for human and organisms are created.
