Au Nord de Pa­ris. Dé­ci­dé à ven­ger la mort d'un des leurs, un groupe de po­li­ciers prend d'as­saut une tour HLM, dans la­quelle s'est bar­ri­ca­dée une bande de gang­sters, et se re­trouve sans le sa­voir confron­té à une horde de zom­bies. Flics et mal­frats n'au­ront d'autre so­lu­tion qu'unir leurs forces pour ve­nir à bout de ces êtres ter­ri­fiants...
