As I understood it you could only get this character if you won him in all races. Now back in the day a friend checked on line to see if there were any tip on winning him. And for the most part the answer we got back was it is impossible to beat him. However, that summer I spent the whole proving that wrong. He's taking all the right short cut but the times he is getting are times you would be getting if you were using a regular character. He don't seem good enough to have won him. . .
