I Always Thought This Song To Have The Same 'Dying Friend' Theme As The End But Using A Metaphor,The River Being His Life,The River Running Dry-His Life Is Ending,Nothing Anybody Can Do When The River Runs Dry-Nothing Anybody Can Do To Save Him.
