Skeptic Michael Shermer says 9-11 could be an inside job!

World Famous lecturer and creator of Skeptic Magazine, Michael Shermer admits that 911 could be an "Inside job".. After his lecture at University of Madison Memorial Union theatre on March 1, 2010, Kevin Barrett, former UW Madison lecturer, Congressional Candidate for Wisconsin's 3rd district in 2008, and well research skeptic of the 911 commission report questions Mr. Shermers view on reality and the true events of 911.

The whole jist of the argument or debate is that ANYTHING is possible... you just have to prove it. The onus is on you to prove it, not for someone to disprove it. You can't prove a negative. Scientific method, not the way a conspiracy theorist, theist, or goofball does. But with facts, evidence, statistics, objectivity, etc...

He only said "it could have been an inside job" b/c, like any rational person, he follows the evidence and keeps a skeptical mind concerning complex world events. Whereas lesser men latch onto the first pattern that excites them or conforms to their worldview (no one understands Occam) reasonable people strive for objectivity, acknowledging weaknesses and strengths in an argument and then making an informed induction, always comfortable w/ the idea that new evidence could disprove old theories.

So, skeptics, anything to say about the World Bank (oh, it just might have to do with 9/11 in some small way) and IMF? Well, I think insider Joseph Stiglitz did. Search 'World bank creating poverty', it's....pretty worth seeing, and only a few minutes. Might want to look up journalist John Pilger, specifically his films 'New Rulers of the World' and 'War On Democracy'.

for a guy who writes books on human intelligence and how our brains behave that answer was lame as... If he understands human behaviour he would know that the compartmentalised nature of government means that all you would need is 20, 30 people involved carrying out the plan knowingly. So much information has come out about 9/11 from people who were involved, Firefighters, Police, government.... science is so subjective these days... tsk tsk...

I think 9/11 truth movements generally want to know the truth about the horrid event of 9/11, but they go about it in totally the wrong way. The mere fact that they call the inside job theory 'truth' should set alarm bells ringing. There is no real evidence that anything has happened. Yeah, you may feel it happened to be an inside job but you still have to be honest and admit you have no evidence. I used to buy the thermite thing, but thats been completely debunked.
