Skyrim Weird Glitch/Bug

Before I started recording this video I was walking out of Calixto's shop in Windhelm and I randomly died. When I respawned I was in this weird part of the game where I was below the city. That is when I started to record. As you can see in the video it was very glitchy and the city above me kept appearing and disappearing, I was also able to walk above some sort of lake below the city. Also take note that my health was completely gone and I was still alive and able to move around.

@policepoo1 lol well i have items that increase my damage % with two-handed weapons. If i didnt have those it would be lower.
