i have a loved bird to but it only bits me is that one of there breed characteristic im 14 and im new at keeping it as a pet im really respnsible just want some tips that would really help

I'd suggest reading some books on lovebirds & also subscribing to Bird Talk magazine. That magazine has helped me out SO much. But, yes, unfortunately, I think most lovebirds are nippy.
