Well, your not turning the chair around, your turning the client around and adjusting the head rest. Here is the problem, the chair was never designed for the client to sit this way. I can't see how this would be good practice.

No need to be sorry. We're all learning and always growing.

This actually, was not a massage, but Chair Reflexology. With on-site, sometimes we have to make the best of what we have for comfort. Generally, in a setting like that, the sessions would be 10-15mins. and although it wasn't the best set-up. The client did seem comfortable enough for what we were doing.
