sardines are good for you. they're packed in protein and omega3. try them with crackers for snack

As long as the date on the can is not expired they are safe and tasty to eat.

Eating and talking at the same time is not recommended however.

Try to find and watch "Mister Bean" episode when he gobbled shrimps in the restaurant without checking them [and they were rotten!!]
