Vegan carrot muffins with icing

These are awesome and easy to make
kids will love them!
And its all vegan!
Note in the video that I said baking soda and I meant to say, baking powder,also you can add Cinnamon to the mix and some lemon zest make them even more awesome which i did for this recipie!

I am a little disturbed by the "awesome vegan mayonaise" because I make my own and it does actually taste like the real deal and to imagine that on cupcakes... wow. But yay for vegan baking!
