First of all you can't make the comparison because Carter has been in the game longer then Billups. Also they play two totally different style. Nobody is going to forget Vince Carter because he is considered as one of the best dunkers ever if not THE BEST DUNKER EVER. He has some nasty clips, but that doesn't mean he does what it takes to win at every second. Yes, I think kid is b.a., but you could have good clips and be good for 3 years, or you could be Chauncey Billups, and have a well rounded game, giving your team a championship.
