I did the same thing the first time I gave myself this shot!! LOL. The needle looked a bit larger than my Lupron needle and it just freaked me out.

ummm, Marcia it looked like you rubbed the injection site with alcohol after you gave the shot. Did you? Because maybe that's why it burns alot? O r does it burn internally?
Man I can't wait for that step to come and go.

Oh! It definitely burns internally. Ouch is all I can say. You will be there real soon. Once you start Lupron then it's off to the races.I can't wait! I am anxious for you my friend!
