The wonderful track "Sila" with Turkish vocals (Izzet Kizil, Eyüp Hamis) is taken from the Album "Dogu Rüzgari 2 - Wind Of East" (2003). Listen & Enjoy it.
See for the instrumental version:

Göksel Baktagir (plays Kanun) is one of the best insrumental musicians in Turkey. His compositions are similar to Omar Faruk Tekbilek´s (another master musician from Turkey).
The Kanun is an oriental zither. In contrast to the related instrument that is played in the Alpine countries this instrument is strung with gut or nylon strings. Interestingly the bridge does not stand on the wooden soundboard but on a parchment (drum skin), similar to the banjo. This results in a very characteristic tone. Göksel Baktagir has been perfecting "Left hand" technique which is unique to him.
Note: Put &fmt=18 at the end of the URL to listen in Stereo!
Rather like the vocal - his voice fit the song; how gentle this is...

wonderful, but i like the version without words. the words limit the power of your dreams on the song.
