those are all good musicians who know their craft and don't use electronic amplification and effects to hide a lack of originality or musicianship, I've nothing but respect for decent musicians no matter their instruments but it's a fact that effects are unfortunately often used to mask being shite. autotune's just the most obvious example

YES. 90% of electronic music is worse than just having no merit, it's actively annoying. People should learn an instrument it is possible to play during a power cut before they call themselves musicians.
