Being an Empath

I found out i was an Empath a few years ago and it transformed my life. I felt more people needed to recognize themself as an EMPATH to understand themselves better and stop feeling so alone,

Empathy is the ability to read and understand people and be in-tune with or resonate with others, voluntarily or involuntarily of one's empath capacity.

Empaths have the ability to scan another's psyche for thoughts and feelings or for past, present, and future life occurrences. Many empaths are unaware of how this actually works, and have long accepted that they were sensitive to others.
Empaths Sense Deep Emotions
Empathy is a feeling of another's true emotions to a point where an empath can relate to that person by sensing true feelings that run deeper than those portrayed on the surface. People commonly put on a show of expression. This is a learned trait of hiding authentic expression in an increasingly demanding society.

Empath's are NEVER narcissitic that is a very FALSE statement I sugest you do some more research about narcissim and remove that. Dont ever compare the two..........

I'm very cautious about stating exactly who I am; I am equally just as cautious in stating who, and what, I consider myself to be as a person. There is nothing sinister in this train of thought. I can say that I am only worth what 'that' person says I am worth, and so I'm tempted to say that my value will only ever be based on thoughts of the individual in front of me. It's not too unlike declaring myself to being empathetic; I'd rather simply 'be' than 'self-label' myself :)
