@indirdz Look at problem areas in numerous urban districts and you will find a common denominator. The sad thing is, you are labeled a racist as soon as you point these issues out. Even worse, the politicians have robbed good working people of their income to pay for the moving of these monsters to suburbs and they too are becoming cesspools. I guess that's how the "left" spreads their filth into other voting districts to ensure power grabs beyond the city boundaries.

@SevenZulu i agree with you 110 percent i live in cornhill i work 2 jobs helping my mom paying bills,saving money for college while the people across the street get everything paid for by the government and when i want to rest they blast their jungle music so loud people from the next block can hear utica is going to be the next detroit

If you want to get serious about urban blight, look at the source. Uneducated - by choice, lazy, ignorant, and hateful people who should be sterilized are the root of the problem. If you stop the breeding process, in a generation or two, the problem will go away. Put violent criminals in prison, not back into the hood. Build prisons, not gov't housing. If you can't teach it, raise it or feed it -DON'T BREED IT.
