  • I was just wondering if you would share what kinds of exercise and equipment you do at the gym? You have always looked great, but its super inspiring to me and has gotten me motivated to make changes in my eating and lifestyle habits! If you would please make a vid explaining what you do, it would be greatly appreciated!

  • have you tried having a recovery drink after the gym? there's been studies done saying chocolate milk is a great choice because it will help aid in your after work out recovery and replenish nutrients lost during your workout. you can always blend in some frozen fruit if you don't like just chocolate milk :D

  • That happened to my mom the first time we worked out. she was like ; omg i need to do this, and that. i cant sit still. oh god.

  • hey so when you go to the gym. do you get like your own trainer. or like what do you do. dont meant to be noisy but i havent really been to a gym ive always kinda did videos. but im interested to know what your experiense has been. to be honest im a lil embarased of going to a gym.

  • eat a small apple or banana 15-30 minutes before you actually start a workout. it cuts the hunger issue a bit. also, small homemade fruit smoothies save my starving deal after a work out lol. I use to do chocolate milk for a recovery drink, but the chocolate was just too heavy for me when I started doing morning workouts rather than evening workouts.
