- If you notice under the bus, the wheels stay turned the entire time after pulling onto the road. Nothing wrong here. Makes me wonder how crappy this poster's driving is.

ok first of all ,. thats not wreckless driving he was avoiding an accident . 2ndly it looks like your going a bit to fast and 3rdly you were not cut off .
the definition of cut off means he suddenly pulled in front of you in your lane he did not do that he made a legal turn . its not his fault the car was there a bus needs room to turn . and he had to do that . no ones doing nothing wrong except you - driving a bit to fast approaching intersection!

The car before the school bus also passed on the right shoulder? Are they reckless too? You realize you can pass on the right shoulder to avoid an accident, or to just go if someone is waiting to turn.

Passing on right skill.

@xtelevisionset i second that

typical school bus in your big country ;)

sorry, but have to say the person driving the car don't know how to drive, plenty of room for the bus to come off the stop sign in a low speed limit road like this, also you may legal pass a left turning vehicle on the right shoulder with caution. There really was no near collision here. Also looks like a school zone with all the buses around so some advise to the person who filmed this drive a little more carefully when children are around, the bus did nothing wrong at all

@hRS3NS4T10N i dont agree with the shoulder crap but its not gonna stop
All I saw was skill.

You can pass on the right to prevent an accident.
I didn't see nothing wrong. Anyone who wants to prevent an accident, or police, fire, ems and big trucks do pass on rights all the time. Poor blue Impala driver who wants to make that left-turn, that's illegal.
If DMV tells you to cross double or single yellow line to make a left, don't; don't believe everything you see, hear, read or anything; haha jk
