I modified this one from the gym with mobile phone. Originally, it had 3 core exercises and only one bicep. I switched last circuit to include bicep and deleted the core from it. This was a pump of a workout. I didn't ever feel like falling over like yesterday but it drained my presses. I felt it in that first circuit with Bench and Military, Dumbbell. This workout hit triceps and shoulders most of all the chest did catch some but not close to the burn on those muscles. I had a spot on last circuit Military made 8 clean but last two my spotter had to pull weight pretty hard.
