P.S. Keep in mind, I'm completely wrong about when I say "i'm holding water".....I didn't know a lot about anything my first contest prep, and listened to the wrong people. You either show up shredded as hell, or you don't. There is no..."holding water" excuse for natural bodybuilders.

@FrozenCrewGr When you compete at any bodybuilding contest, you want to either apply bronzing lotion, or get a spray tan prior to stepping onstage. Mostly because when stepping onstage, the lights are so incredibly bright, that it has become customary to show up on stage very dark. Anyways, this was the night before my first contest (one i didnt do very well at) and the people that administered the spray tan, did it in intervals. My last coat was sprayed on before i stepped on stage.
