"Some" Black females are taught, from birth, to seek out drama.

What most folk don't understand is why.

    REASON

The drama, that they seek, create or fall into is used by them later as a reason to get out of a relationship. Therefore, they can be what they were also taught to be... the Independent Strong (single) Black Female.

    EV

  • I see your point. It is just crazy that they want the "good" brother, but run away from that "good" brother. Maybe that's where the whole black women/low self esteem come into play.

  • Good insight...........lmao...You look like Mike Jones in this video....WHO!?.....Mike Jones!

  • lmao!!!!

  • I would say yes black women are addicted to drama. I work with all black women and they have the worst attitudes I have ever seen in my life. I am serious.

  • Unfortunately there are men and women that thrive on drama. I know members of both sex that start drama where there is none and can't stand to be in a peaceful environment. They are so prone to drama and dysfunction that when it is absent, they will create some. Sad, but true!

  • @TheAmbassador11 and also one thing I don't get with people. I hate when they get in a few "Bad" relationships then all the sudden all Black Men/ Women are a certain way. Those are the type of people who keep on dating the same type( over and over) and then turn around and complain about it. So even if you worked, dated, had relations with all black men or women doesn't mean they all are like that. I had some bad experiences with some black men but I don't blame ALL..

  • @TheAmbassador11 ahh so true! Sometimes in relationships and even in life itself. A person can be their own enemy once you think about it. What people in general no matter what color or gender or anything else do is blame others for their mistakes. I see this ALOT. sometimes you have to be true with yourself and figure out what needs a little changing. Because you know what they say "like Attracts like".

  • @summerchick621 The five senses get in the way; taste, smell, hearing, sight and touch. If these components are "right" people will chose their mates from them. People that connect spiritually "make it". Even emotions are over-rated because emotions are often based on loving someone as long as they act and do what we want them to do.

  • @MrBkofi The so-called "thugs" and "bad boys" are dramatic themselves. Yes, with women being primarily emotional anyway, they do tend to gravitate toward men who are also emotional.

  • your question goes across all races of women its just the main focus has been on blk women, being potrayed as drama queens, divas etc, cause society wants u to percieve its jus blk woman n not other women across the races that .do drama. do ur research n check how many women from other races kill their partners, murder thier kids, beat up their partners ask tiger woods now thats real drama compared to a blk woman's hissy fit lols.

  • this gender war will never end because black men are always going to want to prove they are right and black women will do whatever it takes to get attention weather positive or negative, so i retire from the so called gender war because this is just a circle jerk

  • @TSmitty3000 This is true I hear lots of girls, not just black women talk about how they like bad boys. However, men do the same exact thing some of yall go for strictly looks. the model chick or the one with the tits/big ass. No wonder why people have issues, to busy looking at things that don't matter as much (looks, money, status, etc) . Then they got the the rude awakening.

  • @TSmitty3000 Thank you for saying some and not all or even most. That really pisses me off when people generalize. I am not the type to like drama at all, keep that away from me. but I hate when people disregard us good black women and act like we don't exist. I keep myself from negative, drama attracting people in general..I could care less about colors.

  • (read below first) the house and the direction the ships gonna sail and when these dudes let them be captain they run all over them cheat on them and cant stand or respect them. inside they feel like hes not a real man bc they cant control them. on the flip side the same girl finds a dude whos gonna be the captain of the ship and when she starts that drama he finishes it with a slap upside her head throw her on the bed make her shut the fuck up and sleep it off. now the girl found a real man

  • sistas are losing that feminine side of them self. its all this freedom. never before in history could a women sleep around and still be respected and treated equal in society. its foreign to them. so the only way for them to deal with it is to try to be more like men. you think it doesnt effect women psychologically dressing like men straight women wearing jeans and t shirts being treated equally. it does. so these women wanna be the man too. they wanna tell you what to do controlling
