BTW, I've been teetotal for 23 years now (getting on, you know), but even so, I stand by what I said about wanting to re-enact the sentiment expressed in the song lyric. It would be cool! :-)

I so utterly adore this song. Their whole album is great too - probably a future desert island disc for certain. This tune just has so much going for it - its understated melody is so gorgeous it just worms its way into your head and then you end up singing it all the time. Love the lyric too - so lovelorn and full of longing, it makes we wish I could have somebody I can sing this to, just so I can re-enact the sentiment in this song for myself. Just gorgeous.
