awesome video man. I'm going through a withdrawal myself after 8 years on them. This is by far the hardest thing I've ever done. The symptoms are horrific. God Bless us all.

Benzos are very hard to come off of...
People who can just throw it down are very lucky, they don't realize they dodged a bullet.
However, the healing time can vary from person to person, some as little as a month, 7 months, and some a couple of years.

@bcbsil12 ..i am heading into my second year. It's doable.Takes time and patience. I am no longer depressed or agitated. I have an excellent memory and have tons of energy BUT it took time. I'm still not 100% but I am a whole lot better so it can be done.

I am now literally going through hell as there are no Docs. in Spokane Washington that understand what im going through. I am now have severe abdominal pains seizures and panic attacks.An nightmares that are the worst ive ever had in my 44 years on earth.And the dreams are so real and sometimes even lucid.IDK what i am going to do.I thought once i went back on subutex my life would get better but now with these withdrawls my life is total hell. Opiate whitdrawl is childs play compared to benzos.

@CzeciStan1 Wish we could have told you. Yes, opiate withdrawals are a cakewalk in the park by comparison. Sorry you have to suffer so much, but you can beat it. Many of us did and we suffered horribly.

It can take 2 years or more before you feel like your old self again. Doctors are morons. They ignore the facts. ALL your symptoms are caused by benzos!
