I don't think that's a MA-8, but as cdaitsch said above, it could be an 8 string Benoit. Interesting screen hole covers. Mike is the best to my ears, he makes them smile.

johnnybub, I'm guessing he's playing one of his 8 string signature Beard guitars. Beard makes Mike Auldridge signatures in both 6 and 8 string models.
