This is in "Spirituality for Dummis: "Om Sri Ram" Sanskrit mantra of praise to the divine. Om is the primordial sound of universal creation, Sri is pronounced Shree, and is a term of respect and acknowledgement of greatness, and Ram is a name for God. the full mantra is Om Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram".

Hello they are saying Jai Ram and Sita ram. Lord Ram and his wife sita is main hindu diety god's and are divine. Lord Ram is also the avatar of Sri krishna. They are offering there prayers to Shree Ram and Sita Ram. Jai in hindi means victorious Ram
