@blinktheworld33 Hours of masking layers in After Effects. I had a color clip on top of a black & white clip, and pretty much rotoscoped to get the effect. Keyframes helped a little bit, though.

haha, well due to securing copyright permission and the amount of time and boring-ness it takes to do time lapse footage, i really don't want to put a date on that. If it gets done, it'll get done. Rght now I'm focusing on getting funding for equipment.
