In sauna you have to be complitely naked;it's unnatural to have sauna with swim suit......

some peoples have actually died when they have went to very cold water after being very long time in hot sauna :D it's better to swim first and then go to sauna because it feels better when you go to warm place from cold and at least it's not dangerous because sauna doesn't warm you so quicly but water makes you feel cold in 0.1 second

As for the swimsuit, at minute 1.10 the guy says 'The normal thing is without it, but since it is a public area, there can be women, you can go outside and so, a swimsuit is worn too'.
