Obviously Eric is unaware that salesforce is designed to work primarily with Microsoft Outlook and although you can send emails from salesforce with gmail you cannot receive them back into salesforce. It is a fundamental flaw which salesforce seem to ignore unless you want to pay for a third party app which may or may not work as you wish. It is like salesforce selling a car with three wheels and telling you to go buy the other wheel somewhere else!

I agree.Google s the best and as f far as cloud I've told people for the last 3years about cloud s reliably .for sicerity. Issue,s.that you would have to be that person on thairy divices to get there info.that it dose not go all out into the are waves and Tully stoored enter whatever that enter body can see or read even Google.
