Kwai Chi goes to London to film the heavily requested Things to do in London: Regent Street video and for the sixth time in a row it rains! This time Kwai finds shelter at Hamleys and films to prove it! It always seems to rain in London. What's the weather like in your area?

I have been to hamleys 2 times in 3 years and----no rain! its been sunny and warm both times.
