@k8erose1 I feel for you, I went through the samething for a couple years to the point of not being able to walk after a 10hr shift. Tried inserts from the doctor, all the recommended stretches, never walk barefoot, etc, etc. What made a night and day difference for me was an insert from a store called "The Walking Company". I'm not trying to advertise for them but the difference was instant. They cost me $70-$80 for a pair but its some of the best money I ever spent. I hope your feet are better.
I stopped training in November and I am taking cortison pills and bandages, then doing therapies (laser + ultrasound) and I am also using special soles in my shoes.
It helps to cure this problem as soon as possible and take FULL REST. Injections don't always cure and they are rather risky... best you can do is rest, do the therapies I am doing and be patient.
I am also suffering with plantar faciitis for the past 2 years. I have tried injection twice. But each injection lasted me for only 3 month. After that pain starts. I dont' know what to do. I am using Arcozia pills to kick of my pain in temporarily.
I have had plantar fasciitis in my foot for over 2years!! My pain is when i go sleep and staying on my foot all day, the doctors i go just tell me im overweight and thats why i suffer! However the weight i have, i have been all my teen years, drivin me crazy!
Thankyou very much for explaining this as I have had this symptom now for nearly 4 Months and your video went into great detail of why my foot is in so much pain even though I wear specialised shoe heels in my shoes but unfortuantly there not always the answer!
