Portrait of Dutch artist Alex Jan Naber.
Alex is an artist with Down syndrome. He makes drawings, installations, performances and poetry. The subjects in his works are fairy tales, female nudity and horror. In this video Alex shows these three subjects in a physical and poetic way.
A special version of this film (look at my page: Pipilotti & Alex Jan Naber) won the Pipilotti Rist video contest at the Museum Boijmans van Beuningen, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. 2009
