While Gibbs cares about each and every one of his agents and would kill anyone who hurt them, I tend to believe that his favorites are Abby and Tony. We all know Abby is definitely the favorite - and Tony - well, it has been brought up many times that Tony is exactly like Gibbs was at his age. Ducky has pointed that out several times and Jenny used to say these two were alike as well. And while I like Tim, his character in season 6 has become very annoying, especially with the little smirks.

Your welcome. The Gibbs/Tony relationship is the main reason I watch NCIS. I love the dynamic between these two and the actors seem to have an offscreen friendship vibe going. Gibbs is a tough but loving father figure and Tony is the mischevious but funny and smart son.

Do you remember in which season and episode Gibbs introduces Tony as his son? There was a case, and Gibbs talked to a man on a bench. "my son, Tony, plays the same game" is that any help??
