That Passive cooling thing is seriously just for a display I sometimes think., I have a Ex58 extreme, and I seriously wonder if it makes a difference. Some reviews say it hardly does. Considering it blocks access to power ports etc which is really bad. I have left mine off, and north bridge temps are still very good and cosy around 40C never more. Thats nothing. Go water, or leave the thing off. It just makes it look pretty.

Very, Very Cool. If it would only appreciate in value : ) , it's the price you have to pay for insane speed. I hope AMD can survive the economic slowdown and come back on top some day. The Competition between Intel & AMD has changed the Over Clocking world. (FYI-I own both Intel & AMD chips.) Need more software that can take full advantage of the hardware. No More Multi-Effect Video Rendering!

also u have a little problem. your intel only works in 16 bit half duplex. jajajajjaa. also a half of core speed. amd is bad as u, works in full dulplex mode n a least of 64 bit, full core speed, also have no longer memory problem speed because of a bad divider, have left lactency than u intel

jajaja. u dnt know nothing about intel. first core sucks no sw can support natively. second intel manufacturing process is more cheaper than amd, amd use soi and other like nvidia. ati and intel use opga is cheap and also use plastic package. otherwise, intel try to sell product with 600% of winnings. new intel chipset dnt have pci express controller, like i say intel sucks

@icguilty Intel is a copy/paste of AMD processors ? and cheaper? Intel 6 is performing much better than AMD in any way, but Intel is more expensive, but for some people it is worth the money.
