Michael Cavanaugh was the star of "Movin' Out" on broadway. "Movin' Out" was a show that featured an all-Billy Joel soundtrack, and Michael was the 'Piano Man' who sang them. He is also a Cleveland native, where this video was shot.

Wish I had the opportunity too meet Billy Joel and spot in for him on a tune or two, that would be the cats ass!! I been impersonating Billy for about ten years and not too brag but i can emmulate the vocals closer than that. If anyone knows Billy Joel ask him if he could invite me up to the stage i would be honoured too have the dream come true. Billy You Rock get back behind the keys please!!

This really says alot to Bill's character. He knows how great he is, and doesn't have a problem sharing the spotlight.  I love how hes just kinda playing around with the percussion in the back.
