Sure I can't watch this without pausing and laughing my ass off at those places, but his musical and technical interpretation of this is wonderful. He has an incredible performing passion, undoubtedly awkard to many...but nonetheless something that makes him a universally renowned pianist

@Ricarastrologo51 Ciertamente cada persona tiene su preferencia. Hay miles de pieanistas. Mi preferido para Rachmaninoff es Vladimir Horowitz. Yo no le conocía y mi médico de familia, amante de la música clásica me lo recomendó. Desde que me puse a investigar a Horowitz, se convirtió en mi pianista favorito, especialmente interpretando a los romanticos. Para otros compositores prefiero Benedetti, Sviatoslav Richter, %Rubinstein y de los jovenes Blechacz y Lubyantsev. Saludos.

Toda mi vida escuché, casi de la cuna, música clasica, sin entrar en discusiones, Lang Lang, es un eximio y virtuoso ejecutante. Solo escucho su talento musical y es indudable que es una persona dotada para llevarnos al extasis con la ejecución de Rachmaninoven este concierto. Una mirada astrológica me dice que Hermes,(Mercurio), predomina en su mente y manos. Gracias por tanta virtuosidad

hmmmm a few timing issues I would like to see him correct. Maybe with a bit more age he will sort it out, but thats deffinately something that needs work, his internal clock is nowhere near in sync with someone like David helfgott whos timing is absolutely precision.

Just listening to a Rach paino concerto moves me; I can't even imagine being able to play one of these outstandingly moving pieces as Lang Lang does. Lang Lang definitely feels the music as any good and skilled musician would! His style may be different, but his love of music remains the same. We should not be so condescending about another individual who has done you no harm. It is unfortunate that man's inhumanity against another human being knows no limit in word or in deed.
