Note to people who want John Cena to be out of Main Events, not going for titles, etc:
Vince McMahon only responds to three things when he pushes wrestlers: ratings, crowd response, and merchandise sales. You want Cena out of the the title picture? When he's on TV, change the channel. Don't buy his merchandise. If your at a show and he's in the ring, don't cheer him, don't boo him, just sit there. Or, give the guy he's fighting all the crowd response.
