I know that you're not arguing, we're cool. They had no problem with trying Moussawi in a federal court because he wasn't sitting in Gitmo for 8 years. They don't want the truth about the torture and war crimes that took place at Gitmo coming out and are trying to protect George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld for violating a multitude of international war crimes. Generals and admirals resigned over Gitmo and Rumsfeld policies and the Repubs don't want this to come out.
