This is music composed for improvisers, and the score is only 1 page. I decided to start making a few of these videos because people often assume we are just improvising everything, and ask questions about how much is notated and how much is improvised. After the first minute or so, the video highlights the parts of the score that we're improvising with in each section. The main groove is a cycle of 33 subdivisions that is reconfigured and abstracted in a variety of ways.
