@mssterious She was 8 years old. I think it's pretty normal for 8 year olds to play in the neiborhood. I could understand if it was 3 or 4 yrs old but 8 year olds aren't babies.

This video in no offense is very eery with showing this baby's last moment of her life. As a parent that see this you want to keep rewinding it over and over again because she looked happy and in good spirit and then just like that all of that was thrown out of the window in a matter of minutes. That is the amazing thing that basically you should not get use to having anything in life whether it is your child, house or car...Because in a matter of secs it can all be taken away

For one, we fucking live in Tracy, it was the Sunday School teacher and not her mom.
As far as the camera goes, that was her Grandpas, it was set up on the porch.
