If this won, then where? There are different contest places (US, EU, etc.) Red Eye won in EU. Your link is completely out of date, Blizzard has long since removed any record from their site about that contest, it's as ancient as the Great Sundering (if you have no clue what that is, you shouldn't play WoW).
