Stupid Builders = VERY Scary Rooftop Air Conditioner Access!

Check this out. Possibly the WORST 2 story rooftop Air Conditioner setup EVER in the Pheonix/Scottsdale, AZ area!

This is at the 7700 E Indian School Rd area of Scottsdale, AZ.
These are two story rooftops. The Air Conditioners are on these steep pitched rooftops with NO catwalk to stand on while servicing (which is required by code). These are designed so retarded that they have a lower roof level that is at about a 5/12 pitch and they expect you to place your 20+ foot ladder on it and hope it doesn't slide of as you climb almost 20 feet higher to reach the second story rooftop that is also about a 5/12 pitch!

I can only wonder how the fack this sh*t even left the drafting board and became a reality???
Seriously. Throughout the planning and building of these abortions, NO ONE stepped up and thought this was a BAD and UNSAFE setup???

I am still trying to understand which it is in this area between the builders and city/county officials. Is it Corruption, Incompetance, or BOTH???
