This shoot is from my small workshop I built bikes in. You can see painting Lapierre front part of the full suspension frame ( rear is black)
This color is for Škoda Fabia VRS 2010 car - Rallye Green Metalic and I must say that so far is the best looking color I have ever painted with. Definitely there will be more bikes painted with this color for sure

  • Sweet paint job. A real artist makin it look easy. Wish you had more room than the closet you are working in.

  • @FATSASS

That is a good point indeed. Got to get this bigger, very small room there!

  • i think heaps of people on youtube say.....Powder coating more durable, not easily scratched

  • buen pintor

  • Hey bro the paint job came out sweet. I was wondering what type of paint you were using and where I can buy it cause I have painted my bike with spray cans but I want it to look clean like yours so if you can give me any tips on what type of brand paint you used I would greatly appreciate it

  • Awesome.I really want to paint my bike frame but i don't want to lose all the decals it would be allot of work to mask them all up and the bike is not a mass production bike but its a really good one with an alloy frame so i probably wont be able to order some new decals.I basically want to keep the decals but give the bike a fresh paint job. What would you suggest i do?

  • @MrJarettweber

absolutely! that doesn't cost much. This was sandblasted rather smooth - it's called smth like Pearl Blasting and the Alloy looked very bright. I've put three thin layers the last one with more transparent varnish.

owner has spoken to me just recently that this paint chips easily so I need to find out what's happening

  • @agray240 i would say sandblasting if u have access to one that doesnt cust much and as many coats of paint u want or untill smove and then clearcoat and make u let it dry and hope its not ruff if it is sand it slowly and litely

  • if my bike already has paint on it do i need to sand it off or would sandblasting be better? how many coats of paint do i apply and do i apply a clearcoat on top?
