Iron Man illuminated eyes

Here's a quick video I took to show off the illuminated eyes I just installed on my Iron Man helmet.

The eyes are made from an EL sheet, which is wired up to an inverter and a 9V battery. These are wired externally as they're isn't enough space within the helmet, and also the inverter gives off a high pitched noise.

The EL sheets are mounted with a small gap between the sheet and the faceplate so I can still see through. This works great outside and in well lite areas, but in the dark I can barely see.
